When user is trying to install PW Explorer he is getting "Internal Error 2738"
This is an OS issue.
Vista for some reason doesn't register VBScript. What you have to do is first of all find where vbscript.dll is. It may be found in C:\Windows\System32. Next go to start -> accessories and the right click on command prompt and click "run as administrator". Type "cd C:\Windows\System32" (replace the dir if its different for you) and then type "regsvr32 vbscript.dll". It should then confirm that vbscript has been registered and everything should work.

In this one particular user's case he tried to register the vbscript.dll and that did not resolve the install issue, so he opted to install Projectwise SS3 version which did install successfully on the OS.
