Problem

User is getting "Error moving documents. Your working directory does not exist. Check the User settings."

Solution

Refreshing the database connection for the ADS module has appeared to resolve the issue.
I logged into the Projectwise client with the TransmittalUser account and there were still no issues.
“ADS is using an internal user for archiving. This user can be specified using the supplied utility TranUsrConfig.exe (in ProjectWise BIN directory). Please check whether a working directory for this user (I guess it is ‘TransmittalsUser’) exists.

The Working Directory was picked up without any issues.
After using the utility suggested, the error disappeared, and everything started functioning correctly again.
