Explanation

One of the following is true for the user logged into ProjectWise, and the user would need to be given the appropriate access

• The ProjectWise user logged in does not have the user setting to create documents (under Settings-Document-Create)
• The ProjectWise user does not have create document permissions in the specific folder (or in the current workflow state of the folder, if workflows are used)
• The ProjectWise user does not have write access to the documents, if the folder is configured with an environment that either has default attribute values, or the setting to "create attribute records upon document creation"
