Problem
During the Export to Excel Wizard there are different options available. Copy Out Documents Versions is on of these options. User is getting this option always greyed out.
Solution
The Copy out Document Versions can be toggled ON/OFF if you have the Mark Document As Exported enabled or disabled. If this option is still showing as greyed out. The settings of the user exporting it needs to be check.
User settings > Settings > Document List > Show all Versions > Enabled / Disabled
