How do you delete a PI (horizontal or vertical) in OpenRoads?

Answer:

OpenRoads Geometry does not have a "Delete PI" command.  Instead, you should use the MicroStation Delete Vertex tool to delete PI vertices in both Horizontal and Vertical Geometry.
