Problem Description
"The Gateway server failed to connect to the remote endpoint". The remote client cannot check out documents from the remote storage area.
Solution
The problem is that Port 5800 at the remote storage site is only open to the San Jose Site. Port 5800 is closed to other sites. The solution was to re-route the remote client request through the Integration server in San Jose.
