The Gateway stops running before 30 days and needs to be rebooted. The Gateway should run 30 days after being activated or having send usage logs, but it stops randomly. Rebooting the machine just delays the complete failure of the SELECTserver.
The symptoms can be related to the database reaching the limits of SQL Express. The SELECTserver has errors and cannot verify the key. The Gateway reacts to the key being refused and stops.
Database problem, SQL Express has limit reached.
When the Gateway is stopped try to access the SELECTserver administrative page. An access to the database error message can confirm the problem.
You"ll need then to reboot the machine to get acces back to the database, send the logs then create a new database.
