Problem

SELECTserver Gateway service cannnot be started.

In the SS-AdminSite-WebServices.log:
ERROR - WebServices - (xx.xx.xx.xx) INVALID_DATE_FORMAT in record.

Solution

Make sure that the timezone is correct on the machine.
