Problem

SELECTserver Gateway Service does not start when Integrated Windows Authentication is checked in Directory Security.

Solution

If a user requires Windows Authentication to view the SELECTserver Administration page, the SELECTserver Gateway Service will not start. To fix this, create a new user and add it to the users group. The user must creat a new local user and add this user as a member to the user group. Once this is done change the IUSER within the BSS Virtual Directory to the new local user. Reset IIS and then the SELECTserver Gateway Service should start.
