Question:

We have a geometry project that has all the alignments locked. The user that it shows having them locked is not in them and InRoads shows them a read-only even when that user opens them. We've copied the file using Windows Explorer and they're still locked. We've done a save as of the geometry project using InRoads and all the alignments are still locked.

Answer:

Within Geometry Project, right click on the Geometry Project and then select Details. Select an alignment, hold your Ctrl key down and then select Free. The “Locked By User” should now be clear.
