Where can I view the readme information for OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition?

Answer:

Browse to the Bentley Product Documentation site.  In the "Civil Design" section, select the publication "OpenRoads Designer Readme" and then click on the circular graphic at the top of the Civil Design box to bring up the document.
