Question:

Where are the settings for Angle Readout defined?  Annotation is displaying directions as an Azimuth, and I would like to change them to Bearings.

Answer:

Angle readout is defined  through File > Settings > File > Design File Settings.  Highlight the Angle Readout category.  The Angle Format, Accuracy, and Direction Mode can be defined in this location.  Direction Mode specifically will define the readout as either Bearing or Azimuth.

Make sure to do a File > Save Settings to keep these changes when you enter back into OpenRoads Designer.
