Problem:  Issue with uploading documents from Windows to ProjectWise Explorer due to the following error message: Last Error [50132] Can not create document. The file does not exist.

This issue may occur for one user only. 

  

 

Troubleshooting steps:  

• Make sure that user has a relevant permission to save a document in selected destination (read and write permissions) 
• If this is not a permission issue, check and correct the User’s Working Directory destination. This can be done in ProjectWise Administrator, under User’s profile Properties:  

  

 

 Then, let the user make a test by adding a new document to ProjectWise Explorer Folder.
