Question:

Configuration Names within Project Defaults are no longer available.

 

Solution:

Project Defaults stores these saved names in the registry at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Bentley\InRoadsGroup\Applications\Version 8.11\DefaultPaths\" and are stored by user, all available configuration are listed here.  If the configuration names are no long available, ensure you are logged in with the same user name as before (when configuration names were available).  Backups can be created by selecting the Export option within Project Defaults.
