Problem:
When I load GEOPAK through the FDOT workspace, I get the error message, Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005)': Unexpected error from external database driver (1). I hit End, and the application closes.
Answer:
This error is caused by a Microsoft update. To fix, download the replacement file here: https://bentley.sharefile.com/d-s6177a3a7f1d4689a, and place it one of the folders specific to the workspace location:
- On a server client load, LoadVBA.MVBA, goes in the \\FDOTSS4\vba\ folder
- On a workstation load, LoadVBA.MVBA, goes in the C:\FDOTSS4\VBA\ folder
