Overview: Event Viewer is a component of Microsoft's Windows that lets administrators and users view the event logs on a local or remote machine.
Applications and operating-system components can use this centralized log service to report events that have taken place, such as a failure to start a component or to complete an action.

Products and versions: Connect versions of ProjectWise Explorer clients, ProjectWise Administrator or any other Bentley applications installed.

There are instances of ProjectWise Explorer crashing, and we might such logs to investigate crash event. 
Following are the instructions to collect event viewer logs for applications-

Steps: 

1. Open "Event Viewer" by clicking the "Start" button.
2. Click "Control Panel" > "System and Security" > "Administrative Tools"
3. Double-click "Event Viewer"
4. Click to expand "Windows Logs" in the left pane
5. Select "Application"
6. Click the "Action" menu
7. Select "Save All Events As"
