Likely cause of the behavior

• This almost always occurs on a machine where the user has different versions of ProjectWise Explorer and ProjectWise Administrator installed on the same machine, or has in the past without a proper cleanup and reinstallation.

Recommended Fix

• Uninstall both ProjectWise Explorer and ProjectWise Administrator
• Delete the contents of C:\Program Files\Bentley\ProjectWise and C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\ProjectWise folders
• Reinstall the appropriate matching versions of ProjectWise Explorer and ProjectWise Administrator.
