This video demonstrates the steps to apply curve widening in OpenRoads Designer. In ORD curve widening is assigned using a .wid file, that has tables for Radius, widen width for the inner curve, widen width for the outer curve, and length of transitions for inner and outer curves. Attached here with is a sample .wid file created as per Indian Road Congress specification.
