Projectwise Installer 23.05.00.11 and 23.06.00.10

 

Problem:  ProjectWise Explorer fails to install from the bundled installer when the Deliverables Management Connector component is selected.

 

Trouble shooting steps:

• Upon unsuccessful installation, you will be prompted to open or download the logs. Click either option to open the log.                                                                                                                                              
• Look for similar errors to the ones below.
  • Line 11272: [0504:3B54][2023-12-21T07:25:20]e054: Failed to resolve source for file: C:\ShareForVirtuals\Software\PW Versions\PW 2023\23.06.00.10\Setup_ProjectWiseDeliverablesManagementx86_10.07.00.131.exe, error: 0x80070002.

Solution:

Rerun installation without the Deliverables Management Connector from the ProjectWise Explorer installer.

After successful installation, then download the latest available version of the Deliverables Management connector and it should install correctly as a separate installation.
