Background

If you have a GPK file with survey data, ie. survey chains and points, you can add it to a new Geopak Survey project

Steps to Accomplish

1. Go into a new dgn with the correct working units

2. open Geopak Survey

3. go to the project preferences and set all your preferences

4. make sure, in the preferences, you go to the Dataset > Configuration > turn on Scan for orphan GPK

5. close preferences and create a new project and select the gpk you want to use

6. go to Survey > Dataset New

7. create a new empty dataset (this will force survey to read the gpk)

8. review your data everything should be available in survey.
