ProjectWise User Tools does not list any Datasources

Problem Description

ProjectWise User Tools does not show any Datasources 

Steps to Resolve

After investigations it appeared that the users ProjectWise Network had not been defined.

To check if defined or to add:

  1. Open the Windows 'Control Panel' by going to the Windows Start Menu and type 'Control Panel' then click on the Icon to open.
  2. In the Control Panel select 'ProjectWise Network'
  3. On the ProjectWise Network Configuration Settings dialog select the 'Datasource Listing' tab
  4. Check/Add the Servers 'Name', 'Hostname' and 'Port' of the ProjectWise Server and verify connection using 'Test Connection'
  5. Select Save

            

Please consult your ProjectWise Administrator for Server details, if Test Connection fails please consult you IT in the first instance.
