No Entitlement


A No Entitlement message is returned when CONNECT Licensing is unable to determine the user's entitlement to run the product. 

This can occur for a number of reasons:

With Subscription Entitlement Service, there must be a CONNECTed user signed in to CONNECTION Client when the product is started the first time.  To learn more about becoming a CONNECTed user, please visit Bentley User Registration - Administrator's Resource Center
