Missing ProjectWise licenses on Application Portfolio page

Background

Licenses provided by a ProjectWise Design Integration Visa such as ProjectWise Explorer Client do not appear under a specific country within Entitlement Management. Instead they appear under the Global country designation. Following are instructions for locating them.

Steps to Accomplish

  1. Open the Subscription Services Portal, signing in with an administrator login if prompted.
  2. Locate the Resources section.
  3. Click on the Entitlement/License Management tile.
  4. Select Access and Alerting from the Settings menu along the left sidebar as shown below.

  5. Choose Global from the Country drop-down menu in the upper left as shown below and optionally filter on products such as ProjectWise.
