What variable populates the Place Named Boundary > From Drawing Boundary's "Drawing Boundary" pull down?

Answer:

File > Settings > Configuration > Configuration Variables > MS_DGNLIBLIST_DRAWINGSEEDS can be used to customize this pull down. The default location of the dgnlib that prepopulates the Drawing Boundary pulldown is located here: C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition\OpenRoadsDesigner\Default\Dgnlib\DrawComp\en.
