The following usage data is collected by Subscription Entitlement Service-based products and reported to Bentley:

Ultimate (Hierarchy/Organization) ID
Unique identifier for Bentley login (not email address)
Machine name
User name
Product ID
License feature string (if applicable, e.g. water products)
Product version
ProjectWise Project ID (if associated with a registered project on CONNECT Center)
One-minute heartbeats (if live) or start and stop times (if offline)
Entitlement country
Usage type (i.e. production/trial)
OS version, OS architecture, OS locale
License Client version

Why it is collected

The information is used for billing purposes and the generation of usage reports on the Subscription Analytics Portal.
