Problem Description

When selecting elements in survey data imported into a DGN, the usual textual manipulators (with options such as "none" or "terrain") are not displaying.

Steps to Resolve

Go to View Attributes and turn the option "Clip Back" on or off, as it may interfere with the display of linking codes options as you zoom in and out.
