Error or Warning Message
When running the Health Check tool included with CONNECTION Client, the Network test fails with the following error:
Unable to connect to domain https://connect-wsg20.bentley.com
Explanation
This is a false positive with the Health Check tool included with CONNECTION Client 11.00.01.99 and earlier. The Network test is looking for a decommissioned web service (connect-wsg20.bentley.com) that has not been used since CONNECTION Client 10.00.11.xx.
It will not affect the activation of products as long as you are signed in.
How to Avoid
Upgrade to CONNECTION Client 11.00.01.99 or later. These versions included an updated Health Check tool that no longer checks for connect-wsg20.bentley.com since it is no longer used.
