This video demonstrates a process to export Feature Definitions and Feature Symbologies from a DGN or DGNLIB to open in Excel for viewing or editing. If editing the information, it can then be imported back to the Standards by converting the XLSX back to an XML, then Importing the XML into the Feature Definitions or Feature Symbologies.
Please make sure the configuration variable _CIVIL_STANDARDS_IMPORTEXPORT = 1 is set. Refer to the following wiki for detailed instructions.
