This video demonstrates the ability to display a cell as a terminator for a Note using a Dimension Style.
The cell must be from a Shared Cell or loaded Cell Library.
The Dimension style much have the Geometry > Terminators > Symbols > Arrow set to "Cell" and the name of the desired cell must be types in for the 'Name:'.
The Dimension style > 'Text' tab > Notes > Terminator must have the arrowhead terminator option selected (second option in the dropdown.
