License Type is Trial instead of Commercial.
If your Windows operating systems is Windows 10 and you are running an older version of CONNECTION Client, please update to the newest CONNECTION Client.
If your Windows operating systems is Windows 7 and you upgraded the CONNECTION Client to version 11, that version is not supported on Windows 7. Go to your Windows control panel - "Programs & Features" and uninstall the CONNECTION Client version 11,. then install version 10.00.19.31.
If the update doesn't resolve your issue, sign out of and back into CONNECTION Client. From the Bentley Licensing Tool Tools -> "Refresh the policy file" and “Send Logs Now”.
Ask IT to ensure the following group policy setting for FIPS compliant algorithms is not enabled on the workstation since it prevents CONNECTION Client from using an encryption algorithm for communication with Bentley:
