When trying to install the gateway, this Windows Installer error message appears:
"This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."
Solution
An attempt is made to install the 32-bit version of the gateway on a 64-bit computer.
Please ask the support to provide you with the correct version of the gateway as sharefile download,
if you do not have the 64-bit version.
Create a service request for this request via:

The required installation file is ssg6409010031en.exe
