Problem Description
After sign in > select a project > select the Share tile the page never opens. It says "Completing sign in"
Steps to resolve
This is caused by the incorrect time on the pc. Authentication will have problems authenticating user if time of user machine is behind/in front of current UTC time in synchronization.
This issue can be caused by manual time set ignoring settings or automatic time sync setting being off in machines settings.
To resolve the issue correct the time on the pc. Sign out then sign back in again.
