You now can add roles and permissions to catalog(s)
Click "Manage" from the Catalog menu page
Click "Manage Security" on the Catalog details page
Select “User Mode” or “Role Mode” to begin configuring catalog permissions
By assigning user permissions, you will override the users organizational access in this catalog.
Click the "Add user(s) button to launch the dialog box
Search for user by name and select a role from the drop-down menu. You can search and add multiple users with different roles. Click Save when finished.
You can click the information icon next to role for the roles and permissions grid.
From this page you can add additional users, edit the roles for a user or delete the user.
By assigning roles permissions, you will control the access of all users who are assigned to that role.
Click the "Add role(s) button to launch the dialog box
Select one or multiple Roles to configure permissions for this catalog. Click Next when finished selecting the roles
Assign permissions for the roles you have selected in the previous screen. Click Save when finished.
From this page you can add additional role(s), edit the permissions for a role or delete the role.
To switch modes or to disable/enable access for the catalog, you can click the toggle catalog access control icon
To disable access control on the catalog, toggle off the enable access control. To switch modes select the mode in the drop-down menu. Click Ok to confirm or cancel to exit.
