Added option to Entitlement groups to include all products allowed for use from the Entitlement country plus the defined Allowed Applications list
- Previous group behavior was to allow administrators to define a strict list of products that the assigned users have access to. The new option allows administrators to define a list of products that the group's users have access to in addition to the entitlements from their entitlement country.
- As with previous entitlement group behavior, all group entitlements are cumulative, so if a user is in several Entitlement groups and this option is on in one of the groups, then the user will have access the entitlements from the Entitlement country.
- Please see Entitlement Groups - Managing Access for more information

New Entitlement group behavior
- Entitlement groups now have an Allowed Applications list that lets the administrator define the list of products users in the group will have access to. This list will not be affected by changes in access at the entitlement country level.
- Entitlement groups previously configured with access exceptions will continue to work with those exceptions until the Allowed Application list is configured. Tools have been provided to convert those access exceptions to the Allowed Applications list.
- The ability to manage the older style Entitlement Group exceptions has been disabled.
- Please see Entitlement Groups - Managing Access for more information

These differ from other entitlements which are limited to users within the same entitlement country as the one that the contract is effective in.
Default Access Setting
The Default Access setting lets the administrator change the default access for all products to allow for more strict control over which products their user base can access.
If nothing is done with this setting, the default access is "Allowed" and that can be overridden at the product, group or user level. With the Default Access setting, the default can be changed to "Allowed" or "Access Denied" for all products. That setting can still be overridden at the product, group or user level. Default Access Settings
Default Access settings allow organization administrators to configure access to entitlements across all products for a particular entitlement country. That default setting can then be overridden at the product level or by creating exceptions for a group or user.

For the initial rollout, this feature is exposed to certain accounts. It will be exposed for all accounts in the coming days.
