Problem

In Entitlement Management, a specific login has rights to access a product.
Nevertheless, when trying to start, the message appears that there is no authorization.

Solution

In the Bentley Licensing Tool of the affected client machine, the policy file must be manually updated to synchronize the rights on the client.

With unrestricted Internet access and a newer version of the CONNECTION client, the policy file is automatically updated every 4 hours.

Process the following: TOOLS > Send Logs Now and then TOOLS > Refresh Policy

NOTE:

If the application is already open when the policy is refreshed, the changes will not take effect until after the application is closed on the machine.
