Error or Warning Message
When attempting to access the Software Downloads page, the following error message appears for a few seconds prior to being rerouted to the iWare page:
Access Denied: NON SELECT
You do not have access to Software Downloads. You will be redirected to Bentley Store where you can download free Applications, Apps, and iWare applications.
Explanation
You either do not have a current SELECT contract, or a problem with your organizational account is preventing detection of your SELECT contract.
How to Resolve/Avoid
Ensure you have a SELECT contract that has not expired. If you have a current SELECT contract, first attempt any or all of the following steps to refresh your credentials in the browser:
- Sign out from the account in a web browser, reload the page ignoring cached content (Ctrl+F5 on the keyboard) and sign in again.
- Sign out, clear the browser cache, sign in again.
- Use a different browser.
- Sign in using the Incognito/InPrivate mode in the browser.
If the error persists or you are unsure if you have the SELECT contract, please contact Bentley support by either calling us (choosing Option 2 followed by 1 for licensing support) or filing a service request and choosing "Login and Website Assistance" for the category.
