Question:
When a specific Annotation Group is assigned to an alignment Feature Definition, the annotation does not appear automatically. How do I annotate alignments automatically?
Answer:
Before creating any alignment, first toggle on the “Auto Annotate” option. Now you can create an alignment with an assigned Feature Definition. This will annotate the alignment automatically.
