I receive a 'Script Error' or 'Page Expired Error' when logging onto the CONNECTION Client

The reason for these issues is due to a dependency on Internet Explorer in older versions of the CONNECTION Client and local computer settings for Internet Explorer which in some cases can result in a conflict.

There are two options for addressing these errors:

OPTION 1

  1. Log into the CONNECTION Client again
  2. When you get to the Page Expired message, right click in the middle of the CONNECTION Client screen and select “Back” (somewhere around the text box or the “Page Expired” text)
  3. The CONNECTION Client should go back to the login screen.  Logging in again should allow you to sign in.
