Problem Description

When I click on the CONNECTION Client executable to install nothing happens. This occurs when your Windows username has a special character (@#$%)  in the name like Abc#123. If you're doing an application update from the CONNECTION Client it fails if your Windows username has a space in the name (John Smith).

Steps to Resolve

1. Open command prompt and type
2. mkdir C:\temp\
3. Set TEMP=C:\temp\
4. Set TMP=C:\temp\
5. Then run the CONNECTION Client executable from the command prompt.
