Problem
When opening SewerGEMS or CivilStorm, a message is generated that says:
OpenFlows SELECT Entitlements Not Available.
Solution
This message appears when SewerGEMS or CivilStorm cannot confirm that your organization has a subscription.
This may be because your organization is a non-Select account, or has denied you access to the OpenFlows Select entitlement.
You can determine which is the case by looking in your Bentley licensing tool and checking what access you have for OpenFlows SELECT entitlements. If access states "Denied", your organization has a license, but is denying you use of the license -
You will have to contact a Site Administrator for access.
