Problem

When opening ContextCapture Master or Engine, the program utilizes a ContextCapture license instead of ContextCapture Center (Master) or ContextCapture Center (Engine).

Solution

Open ContextCapture Master or Engine, and note whether the title bar mentions "Desktop edition" or "Center edition." The Desktop Edition is installed with the ContextCapture installer (file name beginning with cnctp) which is meant for workstations. It will always utilize a ContextCapture license. The Center Edition is installed with the ContextCapture Center installer (file name beginning with cncpc). It will always utilize a ContextCapture Center (Master) or ContextCapture Center (Engine) license. If the Desktop Edition is installed, please uninstall it, and install ContextCapture Center instead.
