With the recent launch of the new Bentley.com, it has been noted that some of the Support contact information is no longer listed. In order to address this issue we have updated the CONNECT Center and the Subscription Services Portal today to display this information.
1) Navigate to www.bentley.com
2) Select SUPPORT
3) On the Support for Your Bentley Software home page you can navigate to the CONNECT Center
- Under Get Help With Your Software > Learning and Assistance section, the ‘GO TO CONNECT Center’ option will drive you to the CONNECT Center.
4) Choose the Support Contact Information Tile.
