Purpose
View the duration of Bentley application usage by user. All types of usage of any duration are included in this report, including Trial, Pre-Activation, and Evaluation. Content, Cloud Service, Non-Licenseable, and Mobile App product types are not included.

*Bentley’s usage logging system processes and stores data in 10-minute intervals: each hour is split into 6 equal intervals (0-9 minutes, 10-19 minutes, etc.). It is Bentley’s policy to use the 10 minute interval as our most granular time segment. All commercial programs are built using this base data or some higher level aggregate. We do not store exact start and stop times for applications.
