Version Adoption

We are rolling out a new reporting framework starting July 1st to make your experience faster. While some parts of the reports will look a bit different, they will mainly work the same. You can learn more about the changes here.

Purpose

View the last time each Application Version was used by each machine. All types of usage of any duration are included in this report, including Trial, Pre-Activation, and Evaluation. Content, Cloud Service, Non-Licenseable, and Mobile App product types are not included.

Roles

Users with at least one of the following roles are able to access the report:

Access

  1. Go to the Subscription Analytics
  2. Click on the Version Adoption.

Version Support Phase

A version support phase defines the phase of the support lifecycle of a major version. For more details, please review Bentley Lifecycle Policy details here. Note: Policy Unavailable is displayed where product/version has not been yet assigned to Fixed Lifecycle Policy. Unknown Version indicates that version used has not been Commercially Released (Beta, Trial, etc.)

Earliest Support End Date

If defined, the version will enter Retired Phase after this date.
