This video demonstrates the ability to downgrade DGN files containing newer civil data to be compatible with older versions of the same product (i.e. OpenRoads Designer 10.11.xx downgraded back to OpenRoads 10.09.xx). The utility is now located in the product under File > Civil Tools > Downgrade DGN.
