A fulfillment contact is the person at an Organization who receives a notification of any new or updated license/entitlements from Bentley. The process outlined below is part of the new User Management interface that was made available at the end of August, 2020.

2. Enter at least three characters of the name or email of the new Fulfillment Contact on the field "Select/Search User" and the user will appear in a dropdown. Select user (and the country if adding a local fulfillment contact) and the button should turn blue.
3. To send fulfillment documents for all countries to a user, click the add icon, select user from the list and click Add Global Contact.
An Organization can only have 10 fulfillment contacts added. However, if there were more than 10 contacts listed during the migration from the previous User Management System, all of those existing contacts will be listed. If there are currently less than 10 listed, the limit will be 10.
3. To send fulfillment documents for a specific country to a user, select user from the list, select Country from the list and click Add Contact.

To delete a fulfilment contact, please click the "X" mark to the right of the user's name.
The account must have at least one designated fulfilment contact, which means you cannot delete the only fulfilment contact. If you want to remove the only fulfilment contact, you need to add/designate a different user as the fulfilment contact first, then you can remove the original fulfilment contact.
