A user encounters the following error when attempting to sign into IMS from within ProjectWise Analytical Data Upload Service:

Internet Explorer settings may be discarding a required session cookie named "PF" which must be maintained to sign-in successfully.

Resolution

Navigate to the Privacy tab within the Internet Options control panel, and ensure all cookies are accepted as shown below:
