Problem Description
Even though successfully signed into CONNECTION Client, Subscription Entitlement Service-based products still open with Trial, No Entitlement, or Access Denied messages.
Steps to Resolve
If recent changes have been made to your login or product access settings, use the following steps to retrieve a current copy of your licenses:
- Open CONNECTION Client.
- Select "Sign Out" from the drop-down menu in the upper right.

- Sign in again.
- Open Task Manager, and end tasks for Bentley.Licensing.Common for Windows (or Bentley.Licensing.Service.exe for earlier versions of CONNECTION CLient) and Bentley.Connect.Client.exe in that order. As an alternative, restart the machine.

- Open the Windows Start menu, and do a search for Bentley Licensing Tool (alternatively, open Bentley Licensing Tool using any of the methods described here).

- Select Refresh Policy from the Tools menu.

- Attempt to reproduce the problem.
