Software Download functions correctly only if the client/server times are in sync.
If your system clock is incorrect you have to fix it before you can sign in to the Software downloads page. The error above references that your system clock is not in sync with the server. The server mentioned in your network server. In that case, you'll need to contact your IT department within your organization to request that the time on the server be fixed.
It seems that your PC clock is not set up correctly. Synchronize the clock on your local Windows machine with the time server at https://www.time.gov, alternatively, manually set the time with the time displayed on https://time.is.
Once the clock is corrected you should be able to sign in successfully.
If the error persists or you are unsure if you have the SELECT contract, please contact Bentley support by either Contact Us (choosing Option 2 followed by 1 for licensing support) or Creating a new Case and choosing the Login and Website Assistance category.
