How to create a new Service Request - ServiceNow Case - online


Access CONNECT Center and Sign In to access all your Bentley Services. Scroll down to Resources section where you find tile called New Case.

This will take you to Bentley Support Portal home page, choose most appropriate category based on type of the issue, i.e. query is closely related licensing select Licensing Support:

For technical product-related issues please select Technical Support and please fill in all required fields:

Click on Submit button.

Next page will confirm successful creation a of a new Case, please note the number (listed email address will also receive confirmation email).
